Brief Description: Make gust locks for wing storage

Took some wood and lashing strap from Harbor Freight and made two gust locks for $4 total. With a .5dia ball nose end mill, carve slots in plywood to hold the dowels in place. With a .625 end mill make a slot through .8 long on center so the strap won't lock down under the dowel. With a little rubber on the faces it should stay in place. As they are they will work for now and when I transport the wings to the hanagar.
