Got a 14 foot long piece of 3" SCH 40 PVC and rigged up a block & tackle to raise and flip the wing. The PVC fits right through the lightening holes and the block & tackle is a bicycle lift, with a brake to hold the height, that wasn't being used. The wing turns real easy and needs a counter balance ( image 3) to level it out for lowering / raising. Can be done by one man now.
Also looked at the LE radius on the test piece. Fitted the Landing Light to the test piece and it looks real good when the 407 & 411mm rivet lines are used. That leaves a gap along the leading edge and the nose rib which I hear is what you want anyway,
