Assembled the rudder pedal components on the bench. Ran into a problem with the holes in the WD828 lining up with the bracket bracket. Out came the file and after what seemed like forever I got everything to fit up nicely. Next was to chunk it into the airplane to see how they looked - cool!
Note hole didn't line up(yellow). So I filled on both pieces (red arrow) to allow it to align.
Looks good and the outter dimension of the assembly is much closer to spec - although still over
