More tedious work. I spent the hour + locating and driling the single hole that attaches the elevator horn to the controls (push-pull tube). First I set up the laser level to make sure the trailing edge of both elevators were exactly even with one another. Then I measured and located the hole in the right elevator horn. I drilled to #30 (plans called for #40) the hole in the right horn and then I measured the distance between the left and right elevator horns and fabricated a bushing that allowed me to drill (to #12) both horns and keep everything very straight. Took extra time vs. just drilling them and building on, but it was worth it. Turned out good.
You can just see the red laser line on the trailing edge - they are perfectly aligned with each other.
