Today was all prep work for the first layup for the fuselage to windshield joint. Some final sanding of the micro was done. I plan to use 3 layers of cloth starting with 1.5" wide then 1.75" wide and then the final layer at 2" wide. My technique will be to wet the cloth out as tapes using the plastic trash bag method. I have the cloth, the bags, the resin, sissor, peel-ply, EVERYTHING I could think of ready to go for the next session. My plan is the fuse joint, but if it goes fast and I have time, I mighty lay-up the canopy fairing joint too.
