Brief Description:  Windshield install #1

-Did more prep work this morning with taping and sanding and such.
-Mixed up a dry slurry of micro with black dye - looks very cool by the way and makes for a better appearance when viewing the backside of your handy work from the cockpit.
-Used tongue depressors to put it on being careful not to cram it into the gaps between the windsheld and the skin or it would ooze out on the inside. I did remove a little bubble of it that came through, but otherwise it's pretty sanitary. I still plan to run a bead of black cauking on the inside to make it more uniform - we'll see]
-Once the micro got hard I started sanding - it's very easy to sand if it doesn't set up for 24hrs. I was able to sand it after about 5 hrs.
-Pretty happy with the results, but I still need to mix up another small batch to fill in some low spots around the nose of the windshield, etc.
