Only did an hour today which isn't good considering it's Saturday - oh well, I'll try to make it up tomorrow. I did trip the left wing flap hinges and removed the center 3 hinge loops to make way for the hinge pin installation. I'll be using two separate pins and securing them to the flap brace using again from my friend Mike who's installation is very clean and elegant. I then started drilling the right wing hinge to the right flap, but didn't get them done before I had to get back to family stuff.
The flap side loop is removed the two on top are the wing side who also were retired from duty.
Cleco clamped the hinge to the flap using the line I drew on the hinge (centered on the holes)
Drilling the #40 holes using the 'cup' to keep my 90 degrees to the skin.
