More flap installation work. I dimpled the bottom wing skins to accept the flush rivets that will tie the flap brace, bottom wing skin and flap piano hinge. I borrowed a trick from my buddy Mike Cencula (see link http://www.our7a.com/20071209.html). I used the pneumatic squeezer to put the dimples in and used the pop rivet female die between the flap brace (which was previously countersunk) and the bottom wing skin. Worked great! Then I marked and disassembled everything and layed out the rivet line on the right flap hinge.
