Again I didn't get up as early as I'd like, the winter is making me hibernate! I did manage to finish drilling the right wing flap hinge to the right wing flap and then get everything hoisted up onto the wing and to locate the hinge on the wing. Once that was done, I lowered the flap down on the straps and drilled the wing side of the hinge. I started dimpling the right wing skin when I had to knock off. Good progress anyway. As an aside, I mounted my new electric forced air heater, but I didn't get it wired yet, hopefully this week as the temps are starting to drop.
