I countersunk both flap braces this morning. That took some time as there are lots of holes and then I deburred both of the braces completed and scuffed for priming. Not much to report, but lots of progress towards getting the braces done.
I cleco'd the flap brace (left shown) to the bench and countersunk each hole.
I layed a sheet scrap the same thinkness so the countersink cage would be level.
Drilled, countersunk, deburred, and scuffed - ready to prime.
