Brief Description:  Misc fuel tank tasks #2

After being sick the last two days, I managed to get up this morning before work and get a couple of hours in on the airplane. Today I finished up all the misc fuel tank items in preparation for the rear baffle installation (rear bulkhead of the tank). I installed and torqued the right tank elbow fittings for the vent & return. I installed and torqued the flop tube into the left tank. I soldered the BNC connectors for both tanks. I then Prosealed all of those connections and fittings per the plans. I also bent my vent line up on the end so it at the highest possible point in the tank. Good progress. I will likely take tomorrow to mix up some additional sealant into a syringe to and go around making sure everything is sealed as good as possible. And I'll also go over everything again to be sure nothing is out of place or screwed up because once that baffle goes on the tank is effectively sealed off - no pressure.
