I mixed up a batch of proseal and added material to areas that needed extra. I also encapsulated the capacitence plate wire terminals per the plans. Then I torqued the B nut on the flop tube to specs 100in lbs (75-125 range) and safety wired. I actually prosealed the back of the inspection cover doubler plate, the plans don't call for this but I had extra ProSeal and it seems like a good idea. Next step is to permenantely install and torque the AN hardware for the vent and return lines and install the flop tube (left tank) and pickup tube (right tank and solder the BNC connector and seal everything up with proseal. Probably a few more days from putting a baffle (the back end of the tank that closes it out) in. Also I installed and torqued the left fuel tank vent & return line elbow fittings.
Added sealant to areas that needed it.
Sealing up the inside of the inspection cover doubler.
