Put some motorcycle straps on the left wing fuel tank to try to get it down on the spar. Seemed to work ok. I still doesn't fit quite as good as the right tank, but I'm sure it will move around after I disassemble, pro-seal, assemble, rivet, and install.
Layed a 4x4 under the rear spar so the straps would clear the skins as they hang past the rear spar.
