Test clearances from spinner and gap fillers
Using constant speed prop. Spoke to Hartzell to verify pitch changes would not rub against spinner and gap fillers.
Hartzell recommend using 90~100l psi of air to back of prop. Perfored this test and found high pitch position would rub against spinner and gap fillers. Cut / filed spinner opening and gap fillers and retested. Repeated several time until there was no more rubbing.
