Fabricate door and hinge for oil access Cut hinge from stock. Layout and drill hole pattern on hinge Fabricate shim between door and hinge (recommended in plans) Match drill shim to hinge. Match drill hinge to cowl Match drill hinge to door Crimp ends to prevent hinge from floating Cut door from curved fiberglass stock. Debur all holes Round off all fiberglass edges
