Brief Description: Install coverings for fuel valve and pump

Install coverings for fuel valve and pump Covers were fabricated earlier during fusalage construction, and clecoed into placed. Secured these into their permant location. Many of the screw location were difficult to access, or required easing of nutplates with a tap.
