Brief Description:  Leak Test Fuel Tank plumbing

Leak Test Fuel Tank plumbing

Started to build front deck. Realized never leak / pressure tested fuel tank plumbing. If there is a leak it will be much more difficult to fix with deck in place.

Built special plug to allow the fuel tanks to be pressurized. Removed fuel selector valve and attached balloons to main lines and valves. Soaped main and vent lines. Balloons stayed inflated and no leaks found on fittings.

Reattached fuel selector valve. Depressurized fuel tanks (with balloons still on vent lines to prevent over pressurization) and soaped selector valve. No leaks found.
