Elevator Horns guide hole for control tube
Clamp horizontal stabilizer / elevator assembly to work bench and level
Clamp elevator counterbalance arms to horizontal stabilizer.
Remove elevator (right) with horns furthest aft. Drill guide in horn as per planes Remount right elevator.
Make aluminum block (from scrap pieces and epoxy) to fit into space between two elevator horns. This will have a guide hole make with a drill press to assure it is perpendicular to horns and used as a drill guide for final drill out.
