Brief Description: Removed aft Bulkhead from Fuselage

Continued to verify Quick build Fuselage against plan Cleco aft side skins to longerons Aft bulkhead was buld generically to accomodate both Tail Dragger and Trigear. Removed to make modifications for Trigear. Center rivet was drilled out of aft bulkhead for Tie Down Bar (per plans).
