Unpin male DB15 connector on Panel side.
Open wing gap filler to access conduits and drag strings installed during wing construction
Run cable from Bell Crank location thru wing.
Open floor panes to access wing spar openings for cable routing
Route cable from wing gap to opening bellow aileron push/pull rod, thru wing spar, under right wing web support and thru panel to female DB15 installed as part of panel.
