Brief Description: Fit panel into foward fusalage

Fit panel into foward fusalage Inserted and removed panel into forward fusalage severa times. Filed and top and bottom edeges to get panel to fit into opening without rubbing top skin and support ribs. Increased top of cut out by 3/16 to avoid wire chaffing. Dog helped by adding a good laugh and stading still for picture.
