Install piano hinge for top cowl attach to fusalage Cleco, drill, debur, counter sink hinge. Leave space so pin can be access from oil door in cowl Beveled eyelits on curved areas. Riveted to firewall / fuselage seam. Did not install shim at end of hinge as per plans. Hinge appears to lay flat
