Unpacked engine. It was shipped preserved in foam and desiccant so it took some time to remove it from crate and lift it with crane.
Installed restricted oil pressure fitting on accessory case.
Installed fittings for oil cooler on accessory case
Installed manifold pressure fitting on #3 cylinder
Mount engine on plane.
Planning to do engine compartment prep work before avionics arrive. (i.e. Exhaust; Baffles; plumbing for fuel, oil manifold pressure; and cowls) Left oil filter cutout unriveted to allow access to rear of avionics. Engine will be removed during installation of avionics, then reinstalled permanently.
