Disconnected Elevator Push tube at Elevator Horn to investigate "minor resistance" of elevator. Found right elevator free floating, however left elevator is origin of "resistance". The source is the elevator trim tab cable, who's rigid presence passing through the spars, causes rotational resistance of the elevator. Not a "big deal", but good to fully understand the cause.
