Completed the connections show on drawing. Fabricated & installed flex ground wire from Ground buss to Firewall. Hotted up busses for first time!!!!!!!! Tested Sat the following: Master SW ON hotted up Main Buss & Buss LED came on. Avioinics Mstr SW ON, Avionics buss & assoc LED came on. Turned Starter Key and Starter turned over and solenoid contactor LED came on. Verified Always Hot Buss is hot. Turned on Navaid A/P head and it properly spun up. NO SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!! YEA!!!!!!! Turned on GRT EFIS's, however the displays failed to come on. Verifed power and ground integrity at the D-Sub connector. I've not yet hooked up magnetometers, which may be reason for failure to boot. God I hope that's why!!
