I spent about 6 hrs today working on the instrument panel radio tray supports..... very slow, tedious and at times maddening. Right now I'm at the maddening part. I worked all day building the tray supports for the radios so they can slide in and out from the front. Seems the front openings are just a little too small as one radio I got in, but now can't get out and another won't go in!! Need to do some filing on the openings, but I just had to call it quits for today.... too frustrated to continue!! The airplane is pretty much one of those 2 steps forward and one back projects!
