Trim and mark and mark and trim.... over and over. Getting close to the cowl coming together. Ultimately need 3/8 to 1/2" gap all around between the top cowl and baffle "box.. This is the point where I'll start using paperclips on the baffle metal to see how much gap exists all around the top.
