Used PCV foam sheet to create alternate air door template. Note the FG box opening is not symetrical. This is as supplied from Van's and the plans note that the part may not be symetrical. Also, the opening gets larger as you move aft. Marked the 1" offset from the front, then trimed and sanded foam to make template. Final fit of Al door took minor adjustments.
