Using the "Hidden Hinge" from www.nonstopaviation.com, identified location of hinge on cowl and had to remove some of the inside cowl glass. Layed up 2 ply BID glass tapes on new flange location, placed hinge down with some flox, then layed up 2 more ply BID tapes over hinge. Held in place with cleco's until cured.
