I had to remake a couple inside strips because the curvature didn't fit right as I had made them using the rear skin as a template. The problem is, with the plexiglass installed, the inside radius is smaller so the strips won't match. Wouldn't think it's that big of deal, but it is. I used cereal box cardboard and layed it against the plexiglass inside the airplane, then poked holes through it where the screws go through. Then measured to the edge of each hole to create a strip. Worked perfect!
