OK... I'm starting to get the hang of this. After cut 1, the canopy sat close enough one the fuselage skins to accurately mark cut 2.... this time around all 4 sides. It took 3 hrs to heat the garage to 85 deg, then it felt like a humid sweat box!! The canopy front was cut flush at the slope of the windscreen, then along the sides such that there should still be about 1/2 to 1 inch extra all the way around. This should get the next fit up close enough to make the "final" major trim.
