Brief Description:  Final canopy fit/forward skin prep, misc

Busy day................
1) Trimmed about 1/8" off the front canopy skin to gain adequate opening clearance to the forward bulkhead and skin. This allows the canopy to "smoothly" swing without interference.
2) Some front skin rivets will have to be flush pop rivets due to inability to buck them, so drilled those out to #30 and dimpled.
3) Painted inside face of forward top skin white to help with enhanced lighting when working under the instrument panel in the future.
4) Replaced canopy latch warning light in instrument panel, which burned out today.
5) Trial fit Oregon Aero foam cushions. They fit perfectly, just need to have the stick notch about 1 1/2" deeper to make room for when rear seat back is in forward most position.
6) Mounted and wired the under-glareshield blue LED cabin lighting strip. Tested for general cabin lighting after dark and found to be completely satisfactory.
7) Secured pilot stick hand grip to stick with RTV adhesive.
8) Matchdrilled & installed replacement Aileron trim handle, as the first one was drilled out of alignment. Reset connection tension springs and handle friction.
