One of my fears is taking off with the canopy latch not fully engaged. The GRT EIS Warning light that I installed for "future use" currently has no function. In reality, I don't see me ever using it. So engineered a way to use it instead as a canopy NOT LATCHED warning light. Fab'd attachment bracket, determined alignments, and drilled to fuselage. Riveted bracket to fuse and mounted switch & wiring. Found EIS light to be used, not working, so will have to replace it. Otherwise warning system installation is complete
