Using the paperclip method, set top cowl into place to seat clips down. Carefully removing cowl, reveils the gap distance to the cowl. Using a micrometer set to 3/8", measured around cowl from top of clips to baffle. Then "connected the dots" to find the next trim line. About 1/2 the baffle still requires a little more trimming. But this should be the last trim. Next will be to remove all the baffling, remove trim scraps that have fallen down, and smooth out all the edges.
