Tried to trial fit oil cooler, but discovered the rear facing flange hits engine mount. This center bolt hole is setup for bolting to baffle per plans. Obviously won't work per plans this way!! If it ain't one damn "problem" after another..... guess it comes with building an airplane! Informed by Van's Aircraft tech support on 9/22, that it is expected that the cooler flange has to be trimmed around the engine mount.
