One of the most un-nerving experiences I've in the past was loss of oil pressure indication due to sender failure. I decided to add this small UMA oil pressure gauge as a B/U to the normal electrical engine monitoring. Besides, will need direct pressure indication for engine first start.... when that day eventually comes.
