Placed cutout drawing over birch plywood template and transfered cutout locations to wood using spring punch to mark centers and corners. Made plywood cutouts and verified radio fit. Then transfered size and location onto actual panel. Used step drill in corners, then cutout with jig saw, using painters tape along edges to protect from scratching. Hand filed to clean up and achieve final fit.
