Filled forward nose pant with flox and 4 plies of RAF BID glass to strength the sides of the pants in case of contact with the ground. The attempt here is to create a protective "skid plate".
After sanding inside surface w/ 36 grit paper, wet surface with pure epoxy
Fill lower bowl with about 1/2" flox.
Lay up 4 ply of BID glass cloth to extend crush resistance up the sides of the pants.
