Micro on right side was properly dry when applied 3 days ago as it held its position perfectly as I contoured with squeegy. Cut down with #36 grit sandpaper to final contour. Sanded along tape edge until reaching fiberglass ply on bottom. Finished sanding with #100 grit then pulled gently and carefully pulled tape off canopy. You can see the smooth straight edge that results.
Start cutting the micro with #36 grit paper to cut off the epoxy glazed surface and rough contour.
#36 grit initial cut, note sanding in many directions to avoid making low areas.
"Finish" sanding with #100 grit and use fingers to feel low areas.
