Used a dremel drill stone to enlarge the 1.5" dia hole saw cut. The skin hole has to be enlarged enough to accommodate the step flange fillet weld, otherwise the flange won't fit flush to fuselage skin. The F-625 web hole has to be ground somewhat oval to allow tube movement so flange will fit flush. Just like the MLG hole, this is just as tedious of a fit up. I drilled out the 2 nutplates that attach the rear baggage side panel so access could be obtained to drive the rivets when the time comes.
