Brief Description: 8 lbs Ballast added - W&B Mod

Fabricated 2 - 10" bars that weigh 4 lbs ea from Cerrobend metal in an aluminum channel. Bolted them to aft bulkhead and recalc'd W&B. Installed wing tip lighting lenses.
