Brief Description: Drill Fiberglass FAB to Top Plate and Trim
My next step was to place the air filter in the FAB and push the top plate down against the filter in order to compress it for a tight seal and then to drill the top plate to the fiberglass FAB. I sealed all of the openings with duct tape to keep the air filter clean. Once all of the drilling was done I marked where the fiberglass FAB needed to be trimmed by tracing along the flanges of the top plate. Everything was then disassembled, trimmed, and deburred.
