Brief Description:  Notch/Bend Neck of Top Plate to Match Scoop

I don't have any iterative pictures of aligning the neck of the top plate to the top of the scoop in the lower cowl but the process was very much like it was to align it horizontally - install the mount plate/top plate assembly on carb, install the lower cowl, note how far down the neck was from the top edge of the scoop, remove everything, bend the neck of the top plate up, and repeat until the neck aligned perfectly with the top edge of the scoop. I had to notch the flanges of the top plate in order to bend the neck up. Also, on the final iteration I installed the top cowl as well to make sure the FAB matched up perfectly to the scoop.
