Today I installed the right baffles for the final time!
I wasn't quite sure how to seal around the manifold pressure hose, which passes through the baffle at an angle. The baffle itself is also at an angle so I could not just use a grommet here.
I decided to make an aluminum cover plate and then sandwich a piece of rubber airseal fabric tightly between the baffle and the cover plate. This worked out very well. I made the hole in the airseal material undersized so it would fit tightly around the manifold pressure hose and seal things up nicely. It was a bit of a challenge stretching the airseal material over the fitting on the end of the hose but once I got it past the fitting it sealed around the hose perfectly.
