Brief Description:  Fabricate and Drill Part 4 Brace Angle / Spacer

The plans call for a brace angle along the top of part 4 to prevent the baffle from bulging out when pressurized. A joggle bend is needed to allow this angle to sit flush along the face of the baffle and then rise on top of the corner reinforcement angle. Since these types of joggle bends are rather difficult to make in angle stock I decided to use a 0.040 spacer underneath the brace angle since that is the thickness of the corner angle. I clamped all of the corner components together again, along with the 0.040 spacer and angle for the brace angle and then drilled both angles and the spacer to the Part 4 side baffle. Everything was then taken apart and all of the holes deburred.
