Brief Description: Bend Parts 9&10 - Right Inlet Floor / Baffle
I had to sharpen (steepen?) the downward, pre-formed bend in part 10 - the right inlet floor. The goal is to align the baffle floor to the inlet in the lower cowl. Once I steepened the downward bend, then I repositioned the part to make the corresponding upward 45 degree bend. I had to make these bends slowly and trial-fit them to the engine/cowl to get the inlet floors to finally match up.
The bend in part 9 - the side baffle was very simple compared to the compound bends in the floor. Clamping the parts to the edge of the workbench and then using another lengh of 1x4 as the bending brake worked out very well.
