Brief Description: Make Bends in Left Intake Parts 2 & 3
Today I spent some time bending the left intake baffle parts to nicely fit in line with the lower cowl. The floor - part 2 - needed two bends while the side - part 3 - needed just a single bend.
I sandwiched each piece between the surface of my workbench and a scrap piece of wood and securely clamped everything in place. Then I used another piece of scrap wood as a bending brake to make the actual bends. I had to do this iteratively by test fitting between each incremental bend until I had a nice fit for both pieces.
