Brief Description: Fabricate New Aluminum Oil Filler Access Door
Rather than trying to reinforce the fiberglass oil filler door I decided to make a new one out of 0.050 aluminum sheet, which is much stiffer than the fiberglass. I made the slight bend by pushing the plate around one of my basement support poles. The hardest part was making the rough cutouts for the two latches and then filing them to fit the latches.
