Brief Description:  Mark & Trim Bottom Edge of Lower Cowl

The manual says to trim the bottom aft edge of the lower cowl first before doing the sides. This was a very iterative process and I needed Adam's help with each installation. The first thing I had to do was trim a little from the center section to clear the exhaust pipes. Once that was done I reinstalled the lower cowl again and marked where the full cut along the bottom should be using the 2" reference line previously drawn on the fuselage. Off with the lower cowl again, trim the aft edge including the bottom corners, a little sanding and back on again. The bottom and corners fit very nicely. I'll trim the sides tomorrow.

By the way, those 45 degree cuts up front make installing the lower cowl nice and easy. It doesn't hang up on the spinner bulkhead like it used to. Definitely the way to go.
