Brief Description: Support Upper Cowl / Initial Fit Lower Cowl
Since there are only 4 cleco's supporting the aft section of the upper cowl, and since the front still needed to be supported while fitting the lower cowl, I could no longer use the bar clamps on the spinner bulkhead since they would interfere with the lower cowl. I ended up threading a tie-down strap through the air intakes of the upper cowl to provide the support from above. Worked out great!
With the upper cowl fully supported I was able to install the lower cowl. I needed Adam's help to install the 3 front cleco's on each side while I held the lower cowl in place. Once he had the front cleco's in I had him duct tape the back of the lower cowl to the fuselage.
